Citizens swim in the contaminated water.  The oil that was claimed to have disappeared is still washing up on shores along the coast.  These vacationers are all unsuspecting victims of the BP oil spill.

This next video is absolutely incredible.  BP was drilling two wells before the explosion.  BP moved the camera from the leaking well to the well that was stable and showed a video of the well being capped.  So has the spill been contained or has the public been deceived?
